        Fast and fantastic replacement bulb service; I qualified for a free 10 point car check, including the tyres, screenwash, wiper blades and other checks. The lads (Fahraan and Robbie) were super polite and efficient- Top notch! Thank you, I'll definitely recommend Halfords in Botley, Oxford and return for any further car service needed

        After paying 10 for the childrens bike to be built, it was still unrideable on collection. The brakes prevented the wheels from freewheeling. I also bought an 8 kickstand, I asked if it could be installed during the bike build but was informed it would cost an additional 10. Both salesmen failed to provide simple information during the purchase and lacked basic customer service skills.
