Absolutely brilliant company to deal with, I sent in my Pioneer DDJ RX that was having some issues, they kept me updated on everything each step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. They really went above and beyond to make sure what I got back was like brand new. would definitely recommend 1000%

I can't speak highly enough of the service and support from Tony & Neil. I had a 40 year old top end Pioneer direct drive turntable that was not playing as the arm was returning immediately it had dropped onto the playing surface. Nobody else could/wanted to take it on due to its age and lack of parts. Tony treated it as a challenge and after a period of a couple of months investigating in between repairing modern digital decks finally got it working again for me. The deck holds tremendous sentimental value as my Dad & Mum brought it for me and my Dad passed away many years ago. So if you want a team that will communicate regularly, treat you very fairly and respectfully and fix your problem - look no further. Thanks again Videotec!
