        Absolute pleasure from start to Finnish . Monty answered all of my questions and concerns as quickly as possible . Was kept up to date with work that needed to be done in a professional manner. Bought an A1 second hand car which needed a bit of work before purchase . The quality of all the work and even valeting was superb. Would definitely return to this dealership for my next Audi even though Im 40 miles away they are that good.

        I recently bought a E-Tron from Nabeel at Audi Oxford. Safe to say he was fantastic, entirely professional and worked his hardest to get me the best deal possible! Thank you Nabeel, definitely someone you should speak to when looking to purchase your car. Seriously good dealership and I look forward to seeing them again soon to pick up my next one!

        Yesterday I had a crisis with my A1 and needed urgent help. I am a frontline worker and need my car to commute to the hospital. I cannot even begin to praise adequately the excellent service and care that I received from the Oxford Audi service team and Audi assist (AA). In particular I would like to mention Hannah Jacobs Assistant Aftersales Manager. She went above and beyond her role and treated me with kindness and compassion.. Due to her assistance and the excellent team that she works with my problem was dealt with efficiency and I was able to drive to work today and carry out my NHS role as normal. Thank you so much to Hannah and her team and the AA for all their time and assistance. I cannot recommend Audi customer service enough. Julie
