Craig is quite simply the best. He is professional, reassuring and fantastic at what he does. Craig gave a good detail of what I would expect on the day he'd came to visit. He called to confirm and also sent a confirmation via email. On the day, he explained everything and then sent a comprehensive report of his findings. When he realized that the report had made be panic, not at all his fault of course, he came back, at no extra cost and went through the findings. I cannot rate this company highly enough.

Craig was very knowledgable and insightful when we approached Zephyr Environmental to arrange for an asbestos survey for a property we had bought which had artex on nearly every wall! He was able to attend the property at short notice, and carried out a thorough inspection of the property to identify potential asbestos containing artex. He worked cleanly and efficiently to obtain samples, and we received a detailed report of the results with accompanying pictures from all areas inspected around the property just days later. Fortunately in our case, the artex did not contain asbestos and the detail of report gave us confidence to proceed with renovation of our property. Would highly recommend!
