Richard and his team provided an paralleled service in relation to tree work in both our own garden and our neighbour's. They were really helpful, punctual, clean and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Richard and his team were absolutely amazing dealing with pollarding several very large evergreen trees at the back of the garden in our terraced house in east Oxford. This was a complicated job as there was no street access so everything had to come out through the house and the trees themselves were overhanging into at least 3 neighbouring properties so the co-ordination and logistics were a big challenge. That said, Richard dealt with all parties professionally once we made joint introductions and managed to complete the job in two days and minimised impact to the property and cleaned up after themselves well. In the planning, nothing was ever too much trouble and as usual Richard displayed immense patience dealing with my litany of questions and concerns and his knowledge of the area and of arboriculture is clear. It is always a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who is honest, straightforward and does exactly what they say will do and at a competitive price. an added bonus that he's just also an all round good person who obviously takes pride in the work he and his team deliver. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Very speedy and efficient service. Communication from Richard excellent, before and after the job. Eucalyptus tree required pollarding and the team from Oxford Tree Surgeons arrived punctually; were extremely pleasant and did the job quickly and tidily I would not hesitate to recommend this organisation, and shall certainly use them again
