        I bought a new house in Oxford named The Steeples. Two months after the completion day, I found that there is a cracking over the bottom of the outside of the bath tub and this was the first time I used as I often take a bath in the ensuite every day. But unfortunately, the reply from the customer service was that was not in the seven days snagging report and the Redrow didn't have the responsibility to repair it!But this is one of the fixtures and fittings that is included in the 2 years warranty! Moreover, the items in the snagging report still had not yet be fixed more than 3 months after the completion day. I feel very disappointed about this after sales service and the materials the builder supplied. If you want to buy a new house from Redrow, please consider seriously!
