It's a nice apartment but if you're a new student it's quite far and isolated (smallest grocery store is 15 min away) because of its location down the road. Trains are quite noisy early in the mornings but the windows help a lot. Unfortunately heating is so strong that you cant sleep without open windows except in Dec/Jan.
