Ive now completed 3 of the new Monday evening Velo FTP sessions, instructed by Dave and Im absolutely loving it! Being so used to the style of another instructor, I wasnt sure what to expect. However, Dave is awesome and his professional athlete coaching experience really shines through. These sessions are challenging but also fun. Ive started to increase my FTP, so personally I have to focus and dig deep. The rest of the participants also encourage and support each other which can give you a much needed push at times. Anyone with an interest in cycling, whatever level, should come and join us for the experience. Youll get an amazing workout and will be buzzing after!

Excellent training sessions with Dan, Chris and Shahine. My fitness has improved so much since joining alpha. It's a unique gym with that personal touch which can flex to your needs.

Chris and Dan are the best gym owners/PTs/class instructors you could hope for. Super knowledgeable, non-judgmental and motivating to newbies and seasoned gym goers alike. The gym itself is a great space with plenty of varied equipment to use. Classes are challenging and fun, with various formats across the week. Highly recommend!
