Blue Electrical

this electrician is unable to answer basic questions. he put somethign about 'sockets and light switches' and when asked he has been the most difficult person to get a response from., he seems too proud to answer - has spent days and 10emails saying everythign except answering - then when threatened with complaint he out in a one line sentence which is technical which no one other than an electrician would understand - so again i am faced with askign him to explain what that means!!! as you can guess he has failed to answer again - again going round the houses - and offering money back instead of talking like a respectable human being. use anyone else except this guy, complete waste of time. He has serious pride and arrogance issues that's for sure. Wonder if he treats the women in his family the way he has behaved with me?

Brought new house in 2016 had trouble with the electrics called this firm (I thought that they did all the electric work) back this month and they put anything right, even though most of the electrical works was not theirs. I would be very happy to use this firm again. Very polite people.
