        Having phoned Jon for a boiler repair, he promptly came round and surveyed the job then advised me of the issues with it. I was offered the option of going for a repair, which would only be so effective due to the age and general condition of the boiler, or having a replacement. I opted for the replacement and, due to having no hot water or heating, he prioritised the job for me. This was fitted and commissioned within 48 hours. I found Jon to be a true professional and felt comfortable allowing him into my home. I would definitely recommend J & D Mellor Ltd to anyone.
