JV Bouncy Castle Hire

Delivery was 45 mins late- no one reached out to tell us this would be the case (which was my main frustration - I understand sometimes delays are out of peoples control). Tried to follow up since with emails and voicemails and been totally ignored- I even wrote a brief Facebook comment which simply informed them their dms werent working for me and asking them politely to please get in touch- this was also deleted. Just to update my review- after putting up the above I was contacted that evening. I was told theyd be happy to discuss my complaint only once my review has been removed- I replied to say I will remove/edit only once theyve resolved the issue. That was a week ago. They have said they are currently out of the country at the moment so I very much hope to hear from them on their return.

4 year old birthday party. Turned up on time, set up in 10 mins. Arrived on time to pack up and again done in 10 mins So simple and the bouncy castle the kids loved

Bouncy castle turned up 40 minutes late to a party for a 3-year-old. Told contact with a manager on the day was impossible. Late collection too, meaning the hired venue had to remain open beyond the hire period.

Have had a ball pit and a giant slide off JV castles so far. Another one booked for Halloween, overall impressed with the service we receive. Have always been on time. Recommend and will continue to use every event where we require inflatables.

Shocking customer service. The inflatables were delivered the day before use (after being told that they had overbooked the next day so had to deliver early). The delivery man did not leave a pump to inflate so I call up on party day and Kevin is so very rude. At one point refused to talk to me because he would only talk to a man!!!! Words fail me. Advice for you JV - check your availability before taking a booking and train your staff properly. Then learn to take responsibility when you make a mistake!!!
