I ordered 2 wigs from Pearls Hair Boutique on the 27th of October I paid for express shipping which was $90, on top of the thousands for the wigs. I have not received a package as of the 7th of December. I ordered the wigs for my wedding day and they never showed up, I had to be bald on the day which was extremely upsetting. When I commented on her instagram my comment was deleted even though I have only stated the truth. When I died her to explain my issues and express my upset of the missing package and the dishonesty of deleted comments I was blocked. This seller is dishonest and honestly absolutely horrendous to deal with. I don't even have words to describe how predatory this feels particularly in an industry that service's a medical market. I hope she changes her ways as she does not deserve custom with her current business practices.
