They were recommended and Ben responded quickly, visited and gave me a quote and approx timescale for the work. As we neared the date I tried to confirm an exact date and got ghosted. I eventually got a response when I went back to the recommender , Ben told me hed be back in touch after Xmas, again I got ghosted despite chasing him.

Can't praise this man enough. Great worker, super friendly and very competetive prices. His decking and roof work gets a big thumbs up and he certainly comes highly recommended from us.
