Really helpful to us when a parcel got delayed when we were on holiday. Took our details and sent the parcel on to us. Minimal fuss and couldnt have been more helpful, all great !

If I could give a 0 I would yesterday my brother went in to withdraw money from the post office and because he wasn't familiar with the store he asked the lady behind the counter where he could withdraw money then she proceeded to tell my brother if he shut up she would tell him witch is disgusting behaviour we will never return to this joke of a shop need the staff trained

This one star is given only because of the man who is at the post office and who I think is the owner. He is rude and unhelpful. He was trying to charge me more for a small parcel which could have been sent as a large letter. I told him and showed him that it fits in the slot for large letter. What a shame that he cannot find in himself love for his customers! He should be the one to advise people the best option to post not the other way around. So, be aware!!
