I placed an order on the 8th June and due to the complications of the address that I entered, they could not offer the 0 rated VAT for the delivery address so we both agreed to proceed to a refund, which was fine as I found the same items cheaper and arrived the next day. The refund was offered on an email from Boyd on the 11th June 2019, I forgot about this and then chased on 23rd July 2019 for which they replied 'I will look into this as soon as I can' they still did not refund my card as of the 7th Aug 2019 so I have made a dispute with HSBC.
