Old Hall Caravan Park

Brought our touring van up for the long weekend. Shower blocks are AMAZING! Very clean site (location only got 4* because for me it is a bit soulless - but ideal for Mrs C) and lovely to hear varied birdsong in the trees around us. Very quiet and peaceful with a good dog walk you can do in shoes.

Bought on here in June 2021 sold in February 2023 we owned 18 months Was offered less than half we paid for the caravan off the owners which seemed to be the norm on here They quote the glasses guide on buying back but very different on sales ! No one told us you get trade value back on resale! It will probably be in the pages of small print agreement Doesnt matter what youve done in decking or fencing and boxing in of the caravan of which you get a choice of two companies the site give you to use Doesnt matter on sellers situations either the owners are there for one reason You have to pay 15% plus vat commission on your sale thats the same everywhere but we was still got offered less than half the caravan purchase price 18 months after ! We eventually sold private Caravan sites in general need more government input.
