I was at the lowest point in my fitness journey before I started working with Kasia. Over the last 5-6 months, I have learned to associate my self-love not with how my body looks but with all the effort I put into my health, be it exercising or consuming nutritious food. I have learned a lot about nutrition, made myself aware of what is beneficial to my body, and followed some weight training plans, which I have really enjoyed. I never thought I would be confident in the gym and touch a squat rack among men in my neighbourhood, but here I am! Thanks Kasia!

I had terrible sciatica pain in 2021. I knew something had to change walking in to the gym and meeting Kasia 6 months ago was the best thing that has happened to me!! No more pain, losing weight and getting strong. Kasia is very knowledgeable and provides a tailor made programme to help her clients achieve their goals. Shes taught me so much about my body! Highly recommended

I have been working with Kasia since late Feb. I started off with the one to one sessions which were great. She really pushes you in the workouts and I realised I can do more than I think I can. The nutrition plans were great as well, good to get an idea of how much to eat and healthy meals. She is available to answer questions and pushes you to do better each week. She checks in often. Though the online training I didn't find as useful as it is online training not as inspiring as you have to push yourself and there is only so much another person can do. It is down to me. I also think the online training is overpriced and not worth it. Overall, a good coach and will push you to meet your goals.

I worked with Kasia over the past one year and can I say that I improved sooo much on both my physical & mental health! When we were starting out, I was very small & weak & my goal at the time was to improve on my general well being. As we started training together, she introduced me to exercises that help me achieve my goal and on top of that she helped me with my food & nutrition which was a big help since I used to not pay attention to my food. She is also a great listener, she wasnt just there as my PT but also someone who actually cares about improving my wellbeing. Im sooo proud of where I am & what Ive become now; a much stronger person in and out and Kasia contributed MASSIVELY to that. I couldnt recommend her enough, especially to my fellow women. She fully understands our bodies & tailor the exercises accordingly - which I find with male PT you dont really get that. All in all, Kasia is brilliant and working with her CHANGED my life & the way I live my life.
