Adam was treating my long term shoulder and neck pain and it was my first time trying osteopathy but wow. Only 1 session my right shoulder pain which I had for years is completely gone and Im not even exaggerating. Its been 4 days and Im still pain free on the right hand side Feels much more flexible. He is very niceeeeeee and very skilful Will come back and see Adam again to fix the rest of my body .

After seeing countless chiropractors, osteopaths and physios over the past 20 years, Damian has achieved what I thought impossible - a pain free back. As an ex-firefighter and cyclist with countless injuries and a herniated disc I assumed I would always be in pain. This may sound dramatic but Damian has honestly changed my life and I will be forever grateful. I cannot recommend him enough. I am pain free for the first time in many years. I have carried pain in my arm and shoulder for several months but after the first and second osteopathy session with Adam I have noticed a significant improvement in my shoulder. The range of movements I can do, make my arm feel lighter and less like a dead weight.

My go to osteopaths in London. As a Yoga and fitness instructor, I really value the incredible work of this clinic. I've recently been tackling a string of back issues and saw Adam at the Oval clinic. Adam is very professional and knowledgable. He guides you through a detailed postural analysis followed by the appropriate treatment with a step by step guide of what he is doing and why. The level of attention is incredible. Can't recommend highly enough!
