I went them for health check because their reviews were good here. Unfortunately they tried to sell me some overpriced glasses and didn't give me my prescription when I decided to take look at the glasses somewhere else. They said it'll be emailed but didn't send any emails. When I visit their store again to get my prescription, they just write the numbers on a piece of scrap paper but did not give me my prescription or test results of the health check that is paid by NHS! There is another review mentioning the same thing with a few upvotes here. So, this is their business model. It doesn't matter how kind they look or have smiley faces they wear. In the end this is what you get.

amazingly helpful staff. went it looking for some help and the lovely receptionist (who's name I didn't get) went above and beyond to meet my request. Because of this amazing customer service, I will definitely be going back to get myself a new pair of glasses.
