I am so very disappointed with the ridiculous rules at this nail bar. I have been in several times and had a nice experience... until this week. I was surprised at check out time that 10 was added to my manicure because they had to file off the gel polish that was applied elsewhere. They would have had to remove it to reapply anyway. I then called to have an acrylic infill and after being put on hold 3 times, they refused to do it if the acrylic was applied elsewhere. I own a salon in the states and have never heard of such a policy. Guess they are not interested in new clients. I was going to see them for my hair cut and color as well but they have just lost themselves a good client. While I was there 2 clients walked in for their appts. Booked through treatwell and the appts. Did not show up on the salons schedule. They were not happy clients... what a mess!
