        Very poor experience today. Had a pedicure and the technician was very rough with my feet. She clipped my nail very close to my skin and I flinched and she just about said sorry but it was not genuine. Not only was she rough with my feet but lacked customer service. I also had a problem with her wiping her nose several tines with her arm which is very unhygienic as she can use a tissue. I have already spoken to the manager before who said that he would address it, but she is still doing it. Also had a manicure booked but cancelled it there and then due to how she treated my feet. Such a shame as service is usually ok. The manager offered to give me a manicure but declined and not in a rush to go back, will find somewhere else. Suggestion that staff need more training.
