Avrasons

My boyfriend and I started looking for a flat to move into together early this year. The rental market is crazy! Many places showed >10 groups around, went for way over asking and it was a stressful process. We then saw a flat listed by Avrasons and they were fantastic from beginning to end. We ended up getting the second flat we saw with them, Richard was so helpful and friendly, he felt more like a mate. When it came to moving in, he even sorted us the keys the evening before so that we could move in from first thing on moving day. The place had been freshly painted and we are now settled in and absolutely love it. 100% recommend Avrasons (they are a breath of fresh air compared to some other London agents..) - and esp Richard!

Richard has been brilliant in helping us secure our flat in stockwell, supporting us at every step of the way and always on hand whenever we had any questions. If I'm looking for a new flat in the future I will give Richard a call.

We rented a property through Avrasons in Alphabet Mews, and they were brilliant. They are friendly, understanding and promptly responded to any requests we had. The lettings department have been a pleasure to deal with and would recommend them to anyone.
