Gracie Barra Oval School.

Great BJJ school. Lots of hours for different levels throughout the week. The curriculum they follow across a rolling 16-week schedule is superb and gives a solid foundation to the martial art. Students are all great. No egos. I particularly like the ethos and approach at the school, of staying disciplined both mentally and physically. Lastly professor Daniel, a Brazilian black belt, who attends many classes is incredible and a real asset to the school - his approach makes learning enjoyable and hes patient and proactive, always looking to help you improve your technique, encouraging you in the right way, and super knowledgeable about the art and the sport!
