        I had a problem with an advanced payment for an old domain, however though at the beginning looked unsolvable, it was solved in my favour. the communication with the Namecheap team was great. Thank you for the empathy and understanding. That is what I name good customer service and customer orientation. I felt treated like a person, not like a money-cow as it usually happens with other providers.
