Honestly I shouldve trusted the reviews before signing up with Nutmeg. This is the worst investment company you can get yourself involved with, they have the worst customer service and support team, once you are a customer they treat like s**t and you loose money because of their negligence. Avoid wasting you time and money, find another company, many companies are more reliable. A mistake that costed me time and money. Really bad experience.

The service isn't up the scratch. The chat service times out and you can't call them. In just 9 months my contributions have dwindled and I received over 1k less than I put in. With no real reason behind it. Their responses to queries never actually answer the question. Very disappointed I chose to give them money.

Avoid this company. Their performance is shockingly poor. When they say your investment MAY be at risk, what they are indirectly saying is your investment WILL depreciate. I got to know them through money saving expert. It has been my biggest mistake of investment. Their charges are low but this is probably because they hire poor performance managers who have little experience/understanding about investment markets. So to be clear, they attract investment by offering very low commission charges. This company is backed by JP Morgan which is probably why they are still operating. I invested in a low risk ISA porfolio. In what seemed to be a good market, this company has managed to devalue my investment by investing unwisely. I invested 20k and the investment now worth 16,500. Shame on this company. On the side I invested myself in stock market and have crystallised 20% return in the same duration. My suggestion to this company - please reconsider the people you have hired to oversee the funds. You have a duty of care and this appears to be reckless. My suggestion to investors - use a proper IFA, low cost charges = rubbish performance.
