Someone tried to break into my Mums house. They smashed the door in and LSHA, specifically then housing officer Elaine Brown said they will get someone to look at the door two weeks later. Disgraceful.

I alerted the housing officer that there are rats running around in the communal area of the building on the 23rd of May. Today on the 1st of June I have a rat running around my bathroom

Contact Centre / Reception staff named Diane Simmons was very very abrupt and rude on the phone. I asked for her help to find who the best person was for me to speak to and she just spoke to be in such a horrible way and made me feel like I owed her a favor. Horrible service, very very bad telephone manner. I would hate for another person to be spoken to like that, if Diane is sick and tired of her job then she should leave and do something she enjoys rather than being horrible to people and giving Lambeth & Southwark Housing Association a bad image. Maybe its time for you to retire Diane?. She was very very rude and sarcastic to someone who was honestly speaking calmly and asking who the best person would be for them to speak to given the situation. Very bad reflection on your organisation. Her manager needs to speak to her about her telephone manner.
