I arrived after my appointment was already rescheduled for it to be closed at 6 when it says till 7, after waiting and calling several times I got told she forgot and could maybe come in another half an hour or not

Booked an appointment. Walked 25 mins there. It was shut. Lady came out and locked it. I asked if my appointment was going ahead, but she blanked me and walked off. Im not mad, just disappointed.

The lady is so rude, ive called 2 times to book her and she said shes not available also the 3rd time she confirmed to me the time and date i went on that day and the saloon was closed, when i called her she said oh sorry I thought you wanted to come the other day. And then upon chasing she never replies i got the coupon from wowcher which is useless now. Not recommend at all ! Service: Blowdry

Cancelled appt at very short notice, no explanation, no apology. Asked if I wanted to rebook or a refund and when I said refund please she put the phone down on me. Rude is an understatement

Very easy booking process via their website. Very pleasant humble people nice place too. I had struggled to find hairdressers who did more than run over your head with a miniature lawnmower, so was delighted when I found there nice scissors cut with layers, wash shampoo included in the very reasonable price. I will now make this my regular hairdressers delighted with them
