A real gem of a dentist practice. Extremely friendly receptionist and dentist team put me at ease as a new NHS patient. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Absolutely appalling experience. The Dentist (a woman) seeing me did not even greet me, was very short and condescending. My work usually provides private dental care but I had an emergency in which I booked with Oval Dental Clinic under NHS and surprise, I was treated like a second class citizen. The appointment was rushed and as the individual actually experiencing the pain I didn't need her telling me pain is from something else then proceeding to huff and puff when she had to do an X-ray. Then said "so it's really two problems, maybe more". As a student currently in med school, I have never experienced doctors, nurses treating patients like this... Overall, if you want quality service in the area I would not recommend this dental clinic. The professionalism is sub zero, I was left feeling extremely sad and disappointed following my visit due to the way I was treated.
