Have been trying to build my credit rating successfully for the last 6 years. No late payments. Recently changed my phone number. So this month I looked at my rating and it had gone down by 100 in one hit. Said it was Sainsbury's bank but I couldn't understand because I would pay 100% before it got that far. Couldn't call and speak to anyone and I couldn't log in to my online banking because they only held my old number (even tho I had changed it with them when I got the new one). Finally got my old phone working and found they had sent a warning to my old phone. Now I'm logged in but STILL CANT CONTACT AN ACTUAL PERSON TO SORT THIS OUT. We are remortgaging within months really don't want a damaged credit rating.
