These people are disgusting.me and my were going through some hardship and I was advised to apply for ess, which I did and was helped. I was then told I would not be able to apply for another 6months. It so happened that my situation got worst and I decided to apply again after 6 months as it really was neededto be told its now a year wait , meanwhile we have nothing. They didnt help me and left us to starve. I have mental health and this made me worst

useless Council! got a Court summoning order because 2 of the letter arrived 14 days late in the mailbox + the website wasn't working meaning I didn't even know of the Court Order or any extra charges on time. I tried my best to contest it but Lambeth, you are hopeless. ALSO robotic customer service, NO EMOTION NO EMPATHY NO CLASS, just cold abuse of the citizens. Actual vile & disgusting humans behind those screens & think they have power cus they can simply summon you to court as they wish to with no consent or reliable on time instructions. How can they abuse & get away with being a bully?

The Senior Management, especially at Blue Star House, are just awful, rude and vindictive people. They do not care about anyone who makes the effort to contact them. They lack compassion and do not treat people well at all. They only have their own best interests in mind and are too rude and incompetent to be in leadership positions. They also make fake promises and have a lousy way of treating people. I get the impression that most members of staff are probably decent people, but they are precluded from doing a good job because of the lazy and disgusting attitude of the managers. For the most part, they are not nice people at all. They do not do anything about the criticism that they receive. They do not seem to be doing anything about all of the negative comments about them and choose to carry on deceiving and manipulating people. Please, do NOT place your trust in these people.

Never seen this kind of council before. I sent my student letter to this council many timesand even call them many times to tell I already sent my student letter. But it keeping send me full council tax letter which almost 2000 pounds.
