Tesco Superstore

Large store with good variety. There are sometimes shortages of basic items such as milk. Not geared up to the needs of older customers with over reliance on self-service, frequent long queues, very few tills open, and no wheelie baskets. Staff are generally ok, but several seem to avoid interacting with customers. The pharmacy is very good and efficient, with friendly and helpful staff.

Completely underwhelming ... the female staff are helpful but some of the male staff are annoyingly rude including some of the security staff... I agree with a lot of the negative reviews here... When I drive in and see long queues through the windows I just turn around and head to the lidl on Clapham Road... This is NOT a superstore.... Just a joke...

In this time and age tesco has a new built building with no toilets, the access from the car park is made only by going around the building. And whoever is doing the stock just doesnt feel like doing the stock.

Tesco is so rubbish. Some of the workers in the shop do not know half of the products that they sell or have available when Ive asked workers for help in there previously. This morning when I went there two workers couldnt even open the main entrance door to let their customers in the shop myself and other customers waited about five minutes and we had to walk through the other entrance door. When I went to get served at the customer service till the white lady who was standing there said that she is not serving at the moment and I said how comes there are nobody at the tills and she said that she will call someone to serve me. A lovely African lady had served me and she was constantly smiling bless her. Tesco is really terrible and they need to vet in other professional workers. Some of these workers are so miserable they are bringing their personal problems into the store and that should not be happening.

I can no longer recommend this Tesco Kennington store since I wrote this before I was injured in the store: Prior Review: I like this Tesco, it has a Good Range, no cartons of Ribena though It has a Pharmacy but No Toilets which is odd for a big store Large Fruit and Vegetable selection and lots of bread also Alcohol selection seems to be huge erm if that's what you're looking for cashiers/checkout assistants are either lovely OR 50/50 don't even look at you when they talk to you rudeness and I taught a checkout assistant how to re-price reduced goods on a machine checkout lol true have a great day Jody aServiceAngel PS For example I said Good Morning to one lady stocking and pricing she said good morning back but if you say Good Morning to the lady Mags at Customer Service / Lotto / Tobacco Kiosk she does not say good morning back or anything at all, she also kind of blanks you and gives you dirty looks as you leave but on some good days she seems okay x
