No idea what is going on here, but I signed up after a recommendation from my architect. I paid in full. I've had numerous "surveyors" over the past 18 months, the first was introduced to us then went to Poland and never came back. I've not had 2 emails from the same person, must be 20 different people sending me emails. All the "surveyors" work from a manual, there is nothing about K rend nor about bespoke timber frames, they all say something different. No continuity nor experts employing common sense, just using some complex manual that does not have up-to-date building materials in it like K rend in it. Very stressful getting anywhere with anyone and my experienced builders are working through everything but also stressed and never seen anything like it. I'd better get my certificate very soon or I'll be furious!
