As the owner of this residence for more than 6 years, I can say this is the worst reception service and management I have never seen before. The reception let strangers coming in all the time, some tenants use it as a casino, parcels are stolen and none take responsibility. The plants are died in garden for more than 10 months. Elevator is always out of service. No one works during night. Lots of people play skate boards, eat, sleep even pee at car park. They never reply your emails and manager is always too busy to see me. Do not rent here.
