I contacted 4wire to ask if they could make a bespoke run for my new house. We'd just received our completion date and it was close to Christmas. I was hoping 4wire could design and fit the run very quickly. Chloe assisted me with speed, kindness and professionalism. She kept me posted at every stage and managed to fit us in for the week we moved, despite such short notice. The attention to detail and quality with respect to the design, materials and fit were incredible and the end result was perfect. The run is extremely strong and weather resistant. The fitters were very friendly and worked so hard to complete the build in very cold conditions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an animal enclosure. The customer service and products are sensational. My sincere thanks to all involved.

Needed to order a custom catio to fit on the back of my bungalow as none of the standard sizes fit the area. Really great customer service. I dealt mainly with Chloe who kept me posted at each step and made the process easy. Im so grateful - thank you. Catio delivered and fitted by them and its A-MAZ-ING!! Its a work of art and I couldnt be happier. My beautiful deaf baby girls gonna love it (when its not freezing cold ) Price was great as I got a couple of local companies to quote to and they were much more expensive for a smaller size. Thank you to Shaun & Neil who fitted it too. They worked hard and in the dark to get it perfect. Highly recommend

Paul from the office could not be more helpful, he arranged for my catio to be delivered within the week, and it was. The delivery driver put the catio where we wanted it, and offered my husband a few tips on building it. All round excellent service and brilliant quality. Thank you 4wire

fantastic catio arrived within 3 weeks , 2 locks broke they sent out replacement straight away
