Scott had agreed to help with tiling, where he was to remove few tiles and install new ones after laying duct. After removing 3 tiles in the kitchen decided that he need a cutting machine to complete the job and he went away to come back next day with cutting machine to finish the job. It has been 2 days and he is not replying to text or call. I am in situation where I am calling different tilers to come over and help complete the work. The team at Oundle Tiling have done an excellent job on tiling the floors in our extension, kitchen, pantry, entrance hall and utility room. We chose flagstones throughout and they have made it look even better than we thought it would look. They matched the grout to our kitchen units which just makes everything look great. They are a great team of guys, very professional and their attention to detail is brilliant. They are a pleasure to work with helping us make our house a home. I can definitely recommend them if you are looking for excellent tilers with a great deal of valuable experience. While they were here they even did a little extra repair job in our bathroom for us at an excellent price. Scott came in and gave us sound advice after we had decided to have the splashboard removed and tiled instead. Scott ordered the tiles and grout colour we wanted and scheduled in the work. He sent us a quotation detailing each item including labour which we thought was very professional. Scott took great care in tiling our kitchen and paid great attention to detail, he also took all of the old splashboard away as well as any other materials. Most of all, though, he was a pleasure to work with and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. We are absolutely delighted with our tiled kitchen and we would not hesitate Scott for any tiling work and we will certainly ask him to come back again for any tiling work.
