Terrible customer service trying to sort out a failed payment, no one can except the payment? Emailed and called customer serive non existent! Won't be buying again from them!

Do not use this company to purchase over priced craft items. Their customer service is deplorable when you have issues, they do not respond to emails or return phone calls. I have been trying to resolve an issue since February with no joy and I am not alone. They have ruined a good craft shopping channel. There is no way to complain as the phone number listed is shared for orders and customer care!!! the call centre supervisors don't step in the help.

Order placed 5th May for Sewing Machine after waiting a week phoned on 12th May waited 1hr 20mins for speak to someone. The result of call - order not yet despatched asked to phone again on 16th May order still not despatched and no knowledge of when it will be. This is my first order with this company and will probably be my last. The item I have purchased was quite expensive so expected better experience.
