        Immediately after returning from a three day break at Oundle Bespoke Apartments, we contacted the agent to let them know we had accidentally broken a plate. We had paid a 300 refundable damages deposit taken specifically because we were taking our dog. When we asked for this to be returned we were told a week later that there had been damage to a radiator cover and the cost of replacing it would be 250 so only 50 would be returned. This damage was certainly not caused by our small dog, and the cost of 250 to replace a radiator cover is extortionate. We certainly won't be returning for fear of another huge, unfair bill for damages that we weren't even aware of.
