Excellent service from Linda McMullan at Sharman Quinney in Oundle. We found a house on Rightmove and Linda arranged a very prompt viewing. We subsequently put in an offer on the property which was speedily conveyed and accepted. Throughout the subsequent buying process, involving arranging a measuring up visit and countless other queries, Linda has always proven friendly and helpful. Calls are usually taken immediately, or if not available call backs are made promptly. There appear to be any number of people involved in buying and selling a house who feel it is their function to hinder progress. It was so refreshing for us to deal with Linda, who saw her job as doing everything in her power to ensure that the process was as smooth and hassle free as possible. Would recommend.
