Harpurs Of Oundle

I had a very precious, sentimental gold and diamond bracelet which hadnt been worn for about 30 years due to a broken clasp. I took it into Harpers to get it repaired so I could wear it again. I was so pleased to finally get it fixed. However a couple of weeks later after a trip into Oundle I returned home to find it missing. The repair had obviously not been done satisfactorily, and I have now lost the bracelet. Unfortunately Harpers have refused to accept any culpability or blame, and have not even offered a return of the cost of the repair, let alone any compensation for the loss. Would never use again.

I had an amazing experience today with Harpurs of Oundle. Everyone was so nice and the quality of their work is fantastic. I would highly recommend Harpurs of Oundle. If you are unsure of making a longer journey to visit Harpurs I can assure you it is worth it.

If you are happy to wait three weeks to get your rings cleaned when told it would be 2 days then you should be fine with this shop. The place is lovely and quaint but they need to up their customer service. The rings did come out nice but it took 3 trips to the store which is just too many chances to get it right. Such a shame as I would like to shop local.
