35 minutes to answer the phone. offered a phone consultation. Received call at 6:30pm. Rang once and call cut off, rang back immediately but no answer.

My current care has been managed by Dr Sabine Lijesen to an excellent standard. Continuity has been key to the monitoring of my treatment and Dr Lijesen has ensured that this has happened. This has helped my confidence in my progress. However I believe that the systems used within the practice, in particular the appointment booking system and the ability to maintain continuity with a specific practitioner, need to be reviewed.

So lets have a nice subjective review. Walked in at 8am today with a problem, lovely Dr Cash called me back at 8.45 with a solution. NHS is under huge pressure this is a lovely local surgery. Thank you

Its a drs Sugery, there all under huge pressure and badly understaffed as all nhs services are. To do the best they can under this pressure . Ive been 4times in 7 years and yes Ive seen the service being given drop but the staff are all kind and respectful and the GPs give honest advice and help you get referred when there not sure . they cant fix everything on the spot.
