My mother's funeral: Wendy and her team in Oundle provided us with a faultless, caring and professional service for my Mums funeral last November, from when she first met us, to, and even beyond, the end of the sad day. Wendy and her staff at Averil Phillips in Oundle gave us first rate professional service following our dear Mum's death, and helped us to organise a funeral that was a fitting tribute to her. All details were handled efficiently and we were treated with warmth, care and compassion. The firm's bearers were on hand to direct us in bearing the coffin over the road to St Peter's church ourselves; we were so glad to be able to do this for her with confidence, thanks to their expert guidance and reassurance. Wendy at Averil Phillips Oundle office was recommended to us by a friend, and from our first meeting we were very impressed with her professionalism. Information and our options were explained clearly and respectfully and we appreciated above all her extremely kind and considerate nature. Wendy supported our family with various aspects of my father's memorial service and she went above and beyond throughout to ensure that all our needs were met. We appreciate all her help.

Both my family and I would just like to offer a huge Thank you to Wendy and her team in Oundle. From the passing of my father in late January to his Celebration of Life service held for close family and friends in early March at The Angel, Wendy offered professional and caring support to us all, and particularly to our Mother. Along with Wendys recommended Celebrant Deni they helped arrange for a funeral my father would have been exceptionally proud of. We chose to use The Angel facility for the family service, as opposed to the crematorium as it offered a much more relaxed and personal service, and was just perfect. Wendy also helped and attended a larger gathering of friends and associates at a more light-hearted celebration at the Talbot Hotel in Oundle afterwards. We cannot recommend Wendy and her team enough and thank them all.
