Cook Smart with Rachel

My family of four spent a really nice, relaxing and fun 3 hours in the company of Rachel in her home. We prepared three recipes (the veggie more than 5-a-day) comprising breakfast muffins, veg curry sauce and Mediterranean veg. tarts. All were made using fresh ingredients in Rachels spacious kitchen. I've never seen quite so many gadgets! The experience was well worthwhile, the food delicious and Rachel & family were very welcoming. Highly recommended for all skill levels. p.s. My daughter wanted a baking party for her birthday and from the first contact Rachel was fantastic. She offered a selection of recipes and allowed us to choose exactly what we wanted. My daughter and five friends had a superb afternoon making and decorating cupcakes, making delicious chocolate brownies and melt in the mouth meringues. Rachel ran the party from her own amazing kitchen which meant the girls had all the space and equipment they needed as well as her excellent cooking and teaching skills. Cant recommend Rachel enough. Thank you, the girls came home with bags and boxes of homemade goodies and very big smiles.

My daughter Emily, who loves cooking, and her friend Tilly (age 11 and 12) spent 3 hours with Rachel learning how to make lasagne from scratch and also a chocolate fondant desert. They absolutely loved it and the food was delicious too. Rachel was great with them, explaining every step but letting the girls do everything themselves too. A lovely kitchen to spend time in. What a great birthday present!

I enjoyed an informative cookery lesson which taught me how create meals from scratch, making them healthier and much more delicious! CookSmart is conveniently located in Oundle so is easily accessible from Stamford and Peterborough.
