Oughtibridge Surgery

Was denied an appointment for my 4 month old son. So had to go to the children's hospital. When we arrived at the hospital, the doctor there asked why we didn't just go to the GP. When we told her we'd been turned away the doctor said "it's about time GP's started doing their bloody jobs". Later we finally got the GP to assess my son, and was told the results would be ready in 2 days. We called up for the results and was met by a rude receptionist who made out we were stupid for expecting the results so quickly.

I always find the reception team helpful. All the Dr's have been amazing when I have needed an appointment. So pleased we are at this surgery.

Terrible service, can never get an appointment or hold of anyone in the mornings and have had them pick calls up and end them at their end.

Brilliant service from receptionist doctor called back within the hour appointment an hour later and referral made to hospital the nhs at its best
