        Friendly, helpful and professional staff. A nice unrushed environment. Unlike experiences in the cut price optician chains, it was good to feel treated like an individual. No hard sell and clear honest opinions. Other family members intend to use this local facility.

        I enjoyed having my eyes tested here. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful, also generous with their time. I'm really delighted with my new glasses. Highly recommended.

        I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service at this optometrist's. In the current lockdown, the door is locked, no one is admitted without an appointment and every precaution is taken regarding sanitising. The eye examination undertaken by Mrs Emma Hill was thorough and reassuring in every way. I would recommend anyone needing an optometrist in East Devon to get in touch with this practice.
