After a service they try an charge you for AdBlue you probably dont need. I had a service some months back and upon collection of my car they tried to charge me 20 for AdBlue. My response was funny that because I topped it up less than a week ago. So is my car leaking AdBlue? Their response was oh.um. the guy who did the service isnt here so Ill just knock it off the price. At the time I didnt really think anything of it. My sister in laws car went today for a service and they did the same thing!! Not sure how much AdBlue was in the car but it wasnt low according to the dashboard alert. (Unlike your fuel gauge there is no way of knowing how much is in the car until its low). They charged 21 for AdBlue and said it was part of the service but its an additional cost. Well if its part of the service then incorporate it into the price? Or ask for approval prior to service and be transparent.
