GNS installed a Worcester Bosch boiler for me. They are a good team competent and polite. I recommend them for the work they did for me.

Very impressed with the customer service. After initial enquiry had an immediate reply, appointment booked later that evening for the following week and engineer arrived on time. Had to book a second appointment for further work and again this was all dealt with promptly. Had two different engineers, both prompt, tidy, personable and despite their young years seemed fully knowledgeable and keen to do a good job. No hesitation recommending them and will certainly use again.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. George has been exemplary in everything he has done for us. New cylinder, cleaned and pressurised the existing system, new pump, valves, controls and very tidy pipework. He put down protective floor covers and provided regular updates on progress. The aftercare has been exceptional too. Checking regularly to see how the new system settles in. If you want your plumbing done well and right first time then GNS Heating is your guy.

George and Joe from GNS did an excellent job in replacing our 32 year old boiler. George was able to advise as to the options for a replacement and provided a competitive quotation. Their work was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves really well. I would have no hesitation in recommending GNS if you want a 5 * job.
