Straight forward, honest and backed up what was promised. Thank you from us all and we will be back if we need another Mini Countryman.

        Otter Motors went over and beyond customer service when I bought my mini countryman. They brought the car to me on a low loader free of charge which was excellent as I lived so far away. When I had to access my warranty with them, they were fantastic and so helpful. Could not fault their service and would have no hesitation in recommending their cars and warranty. Thankyou Otter Motors and in particular Kristian, you have been wonderful
