Phil and his team were a pleasure to work with in getting our project up and running, communication, eye for detail and efficency was just a snapshot of his professionalism. His down to earth approachability made him very easy to talk too and tweek out the finer details for our project. Highly recommended to anyone looking for architectural input/drawings on any scale of build whether domestic/commercial or industrial. Keep up the great work Phil and the team. Phil was fine and very affable. He drew up plans which we were happy with. Sadly, the builder he recommended wasn't up to the job and our experience with his recommended builder was poor and extremely negative: we had to re-employ several trades to put right what East Devon Building Control would not sign off / provide Building Regulations Certificate for - namely flooring supporting joists, roofing joists and structural carpentry work. So whilst Phil was okay, we would not entirely support his services, based upon the builders that he recommends.
