Enquired with regards ordering before submitting order,have never come across a person so rude and unhelpful asking me who i had purchased my parts from recently then when he could not supply parts abruptly told me to go back to previous dealer.so glad i never made online order which was a large outlay.I suggest someone who needs advice to stay well clear of this business.

I found Tri-Supply many years ago, when they were located in Bournemouth. I became a long-standing customer. I was impressed with the high level of stock carried and by the knowledge of the owner, readily shared. He always only supplied the best quality product available, which sometimes made him slightly dearer than other vendors. However, he had it in stock, it was not rubbish (as we see so often nowadays, and despatch was either the same day or next day for orders placed remotely. He has served me well over the years, and continues to do so.
