From walking through the door we were made completely welcome at this fantastic family run hotel. Elena the owner is just lovely as is Alex who made sure we got exactly the food we wanted and was happy to modify the menu to suit my very plain tastes, (I know I'm a pain!) Ivan is amazing and does so many things, it's impossible to list them! We didn't actually meet Debbie who looks after the rooms but have to say she does an amazing job, everything is so crisp and clean. Speaking of the rooms, please remember this is a historic building and the rooms are quirky so don't expect a perfectly plastered Travel Lodge type room with a huge television hanging on the wall and double glazed windows, that's not what this place is all about. They are spotless, smell fresh and the whole place is pleasantly warm. It probably shows that we loved everything about this two night stay at Otterburn Castle. Oh and Breakfast is top quality food as well.

I arrived at the Otterburn Castle Country House Hotel in Otterburn on Thursday 2nd March 2023 and it was a most enjoyable experience. The hotel is excellent. It has an ample car park with ample car parking spaces. There is free wifi and it is available in most parts of the hotel including the rooms. The staff that I met Ellie and Ivan are great and cannot do not enough for you. I had a meal in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. I had Basil and Tomato soup followed by the Salmon. The Otterburn Castle Country House Hotel in Otterburn is ideal located for St Peter's Catholic Church in Otterburn where I am attending Mass tomorrow at 12 noon on Friday 3rd March 2023. It is also ideally located for the Otterburn Defence Training Estate and Otterburn Army Camp. I would recommend a visit to the Otterburn Castle Country House Hotel in Otterburn.
